         I welcome you to our website, Honor and Cherish.  The title should be the focal point of your marriage, for you are promising to honor, and to cherish each other for the rest of your lives. Your wedding is a legally binding contract that must be treated with sincerity and respect.

     You may ask, why did I become a wedding Minister? A friend of mine was telling us about her sister's wedding.  All the couple really wanted was a simple service, held on the beach in our lovely town.  Unfortunately, there was no one willing to marry them other than in a church or in a musty township office.  It became my desire that no one else should have to settle for less than they wished for on their special day.

     There are many internet sites offering "online ordination".  We caution you to be very careful before choosing this option.  There are state requirements that must be met, and exact records to be kept. We have experience with these, and meet the State of Michigan's requirements. 

     Many churches suggest a contribution up to 10% of the cost of your wedding for the services of their church and minister. You can expect to find Ministers' fees as high as $500.00 and up.  We can assure you much more reasonable fees. 

         We also offer "Renewal of Vows" ceremonies for those who wish to commemorate milestones in their marriage.
